Tip: Effective Treadmill Training.

With cardio training being so popish today it’s hard to get on one of those machines during peak hours at a commercial gym. One thing in particular that makes me shake my head is seeing people literally holding them selves up on the side bars as if, if they would to let go they would fall over. If you don’t own a cane or a walker, please let go and use those arms! If you’re on the stepper, stand up tall and work it! If you’re walking on the treadmill, watch your posture, get your hands going and walk! Don’t set the incline level up so high on your treadmill that you actually need to hold on or else you'll end up on the floor face flat. Your body is designed to move. Use it! Otherwise what's the point?
