I wanted to share this letter with you not for my personal benefits, but to share with you the rewards of my career. This is the reason why I do what I do and I wouldn't change it for the world. Fred is an inspiration to many of us, he's a great leader and a living example. At 66 years of age and has been the most dedicated and most committed trainee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has yet to miss a scheduled session, and he's always working hard towards his goals. The most rewarding achievement of all is the relationship we've been able to build in the last year and become the greatest of friends.
Thank you Fred for your thoughts and praises!

Fitness Manager, Elite Plus Trainer
Dear Brody Thorne:
On the anniversary of my first year with GoodLife Fitness, I wish to express my sincerest appreciation and thanks to our club, the staff and in particular my Personal (Elite) Trainer – Ruslan Kedik. Having lost about 25 lbs, improved my muscle composition and tone, achieved better health, and regained a normal blood-pressure level, I am indeed most satisfied.
Ruslan Kedik has played no small part in this achievement. In addition to guiding me through my sessions, Ruslan has provided me with proper training techniques, excellent nutritional advice and guidance, and information to improve my general health. He recognized and acted upon specific muscular problems with my knees and shoulders, and went far beyond his normal duty to research these problems, and design and direct special fitness regimes to correct them. Even my Chiropractor appreciates and applauds his efforts, and has favorably commented on the notable improvement in muscle tone, shoulder AROM and general flexibility, and noted that spinal corrections made under her care have had a more lasting benefit resulting in the need for less frequent care.
Ruslan is much more than just a good Personal Trainer – he is a motivator, coach and friend. I would be very pleased if his excellent work might be further recognized.
Fred Gregory
